Outputs

LEARN produces a range of research and policy‑relevant outputs designed to support understanding and action on educational inequalities across Europe.

Drawing on longitudinal data from nine European countries, LEARN’s outputs translate high‑quality comparative research into accessible evidence, tools, and resources for policymakers, researchers, and education stakeholders. These outputs support analysis of how educational inequalities emerge over time and inform the design of more equitable education systems.

Policy briefs

Policy briefs translate LEARN’s research findings into clear, accessible insights for education policy and practice.

Designed for policymakers, education authorities, and practitioners, these briefs summarise key evidence on educational inequalities across different stages of the educational life course. They highlight policy‑relevant findings, cross‑national comparisons, and implications for action in diverse European contexts.

Reports

LEARN reports present in‑depth analyses of educational inequalities based on longitudinal and comparative research.

These reports explore key concepts, data sources, and evidence across European education systems, addressing topics such as the use of evidence in policy, patterns of inequality over time, and the effectiveness of interventions. They provide a detailed evidence base to support research, policy development, and evaluation.
