The LEARN Policy Toolkit provides practical tools for evidence‑informed policymaking.
It provides guidance, resources, and analytical tools to support policymakers in engaging with and applying evidence on educational inequalities.
Drawing on the project’s research, the toolkit includes:
- materials to support the interpretation of longitudinal evidence
- guidance on evaluating policy interventions and educational reforms
- resources tailored to different educational stages, transitions, and policy contexts
These tools are designed to strengthen capacity for evidence‑based decision‑making across European education systems.
